About ACT
Alliance for Community Transformation is wedded to the idea of countrywide service — relief, education and prevention, under one destination: a Drug Free Pakistan.
Our objectives, in full.
The objectives of Alliance for Community Transformation are organised under five heads:
Relief and promotion in the socioeconomic development of communities, provided at maximum relief on a no profit, no loss arrangement, with care for the environment.
A nationwide movement uniting campuses and communities against drug abuse, and empowering youth to choose success over addiction.
Seminars, workshops and conferences arranged in rural areas and in institutions like high schools, colleges and universities. Members are sent to attend and serve in seminars in different cities on the basis of ability and experience.
Ensuring the spread of education through professional institutes, including practical prevention education for students.
Sports and healthy activities that channel the energy of our youth toward purpose, teamwork and wellbeing.
Working with the Government of Pakistan
ACT contributes to the efforts of the Government of Pakistan against drug abuse. Where resources are available, ACT also undertakes work as a private venture of the Alliance — always in the same direction: prevention, education and community strength.
